Our designer will visit your home up to an 1 and 30 minutes to take measurements, assess your kitchen layout, and provide personalized recommendations. Includes expert guidance on cabinetry, layout, and materials. The $199 fee is credited toward your purchase. Consultations are typically booked 2 weeks out. Need something sooner? Cancellation Policy
Effective July 1, 2025 To provide every client with a personalized and high-quality experience, South Broad Paint Center operates by appointment for both in-store and in-home consultations. Please review our policy below: 1. Appointment Scheduling - Consultations are booked a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance. - Appointment slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. - We recommend contacting us early to secure your preferred date and time. - We now offer appointment only consultations on Saturday. 2. Consultation Types - In-Store Consultations include paint, cabinetry, and design guidance at our showroom. - In-Home Consultations include measurements, design advice, and on-site recommendations. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling - We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. - Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in limited future booking availability. 4.
